This class has been designed for children 8-11 years of age and provides age appropriate
learning activities. Breaks and snack time will be included. All classes will include stories,
activities, art projects and music. The children will learn basic information about becoming
a Level I Reiki Practitioner. This class will include:

What is Smudging and why do we use it?

What is energy? The children will begin to feel energy by working with “The Energy
Ball Technique.”

What is Reiki?
•
The History of Reiki
•
The Five Reiki Ideals
•
Basics of Breath work and Meditation and Gassho Meditation
Children will experience short meditations and discuss ways to quiet the mind and
body. They will work with simple breath work techniques that will help with medi-
tation, their Reiki practice, and in their day-to-day activities.

Children will practice Energy Techniques such as “The Zip-Up” and “The Cross Crawl”
that will help children’s minds and bodies actively engage in this learning process.

Class Size is limited to 5 Teens
This experiential 4 hour Reiki I class is designed for 12-16 year olds who have indicated
an interest in learning about and being able to practice Reiki. (Sorry, no parents allowed!)
Learning about Reiki and being able to practice self-healing techniques empowers teens
and can boost their self-esteem. Reiki helps them deal with the many stressors in their very
busy lives.
This Class will include:

• Energy Techniques
• Breathwork and Meditation
• The History of Reiki
• The Five Reiki Ideals and Gassho
• Chakra Basics .
• The Auric Field and Looking at Auras
• Self-Healing Hand Positions with Hands-on Practice

The Teens will be Attuned in a special Candlelight Ceremony. Certificates will be awarded.
Prerequisite: A parent must be attuned to Reiki Level I or above prior to the Teen attending
the Level I Class. It is very important that someone who is knowledgeable about Reiki and
has incorporated Reiki into their own lives is available to support the Teen as he/she begins
the Reiki journey.

5 Daily sessions, each is 2 Hours in Length. Held during the Summer months.

Fee: $100 per child with a 10% family discount for each additional child
Purpose: To assist in connecting children to ancient spiritual wisdom and the path
of natural healing
In this fun and interactive camp, children will be taken on a journey of self-discovery. They will begin to explore their own inner power and connection with love and higher conscious-
ness. Simple methods will be introduced to help improve their self-esteem, health and well-
being. The children will learn basic "Art of Healing" methods such as working with the Chakra
system, Sound Healing, Crystal Healing, Meditation, Breath work and Energy Tools. They will
learn techniques to help to empower them, as well as treat their family, friends, pets, plants
and the planet. The "Art of Healing Kids Camp" integrates hands on learning, arts and crafts,
stories, music, instruction and discussion. On one of the final two days, children will be taken
on a nature walk (weather permitting) and will be encouraged to create a personal Art of
Healing “tool kit", incorporating the various techniques learned during the week.
No previous experience is necessary. There is no homework or memorization. An eagerness
to learn and have fun is the only prerequisite!
CTC100 Angels for Kids - Ages 7-12

Did you know that there are billions of angels? Angels are our friends of light sent from
God to watch over us. They serve as messengers, guides and guardians. In Angels for Kids,
concepts such as asking angels for help, angels as loving spiritual friends and communica-
ting (listening with the heart) are taught through discussion and experiential learning. The
basic concept of what a Guardian Angel is and the special job they do, is also discussed. In
Angels for Kids, children will learn basic techniques for encouraging and noticing angels at
work in their life.
